Audited against NDIS standards
We have been audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, including medication management, high intensity personal care and behaviour support.
Every worker is checked
NDIS Worker Screening clearance, National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR, verified right to work and role-specific training.
If something goes wrong
Incidents are recorded, reported and followed up under our incident management process, with clear escalation to our Clinical Director.
Clinical safeguards
Medication, infection prevention and restrictive practice procedures sit under our clinical governance policy, overseen by a Registered Nurse.
How we behave
Every worker follows the NDIS Code of Conduct, and you can raise a complaint or give feedback at any time.
Your records
Care notes and rosters are kept securely, so your supports are documented and your information is protected.
