NDIS & Funding

Understanding how your funding works with us.

Funding we accept

We currently accept plan-managed funding and can discuss other funding arrangements on a case-by-case basis while our NDIS registration process is being finalised

Where our registration sits

Imperium Care Services has completed the NDIS registration audit process and is awaiting registration approval from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We currently provide eligible disability and nursing supports that can be delivered prior to registration approval. Please contact us to discuss your individual support needs and funding options.

Who we support

We support participants with complex care needs, including those requiring nursing oversight, medication management or high intensity personal care.

How billing works

We bill directly to the NDIS portal for agency-managed participants. For plan-managed participants, invoices go to your plan manager. You will always receive a service agreement before supports begin.

Our team

Registered and Enrolled Nurses

Registered Nurses complete your assessment and care plan and delegate clinical tasks. Enrolled Nurses deliver nursing care under that delegation and Registered Nurse supervision.

Support workers

Our support workers are employed directly by us, never subcontracted, so we are responsible for their training, conduct and reliability.

How we choose them

Every worker holds NDIS Worker Screening clearance, a National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR, and a verified right to work.

Training and supervision

Nurses and support workers are inducted against their role, supervised by our Clinical Director, and work within their scope of practice, with AHPRA registration verified at hire and annually.
